Or maybe a marketing and PR company, with an office to die for, designer suited staff and a wall of awards in the reception, strategically positioned to attract envious glances.

The website company who built your site were a nice enough bunch, but they weren’t really able to work with what the designers had produced or what the marketing people were suggesting.
