Open source CMS platforms such as Joomla, Wordpress and Drupal and the e-commerce platform Magento provide fantastic feature-rich stages for your online presence:  with the basics already in place, developers around the world are continuously developing new features and functions which can be added with the minimum of fuss.

While proprietary platforms are available for a one-off fee or regular ongoing payments, they are less adaptable than open source, leaving you more reliant on your original development team and affording you less long-term flexibility but for some (very) specialist purposes they may provide the best solution.

Changing Horizon can custom build the solution for you, from “ground up” builds to specific functions.
